Use twice a day (morning and evening) during the first 28 days, then once a day.
Thoroughly cleanse your lashes with TALIKA eye make up remover before applying.
Apply Lipocils directly to the base of the eyelashes to ensure that the product penetrates to the roots. Soy Lecithin liposomes stimulate eyelash growth.
