Organic Rosemary oil is a bright, refreshing, and penetrating oil with a bracing herby aroma.
Applications:
General Body Massage: Use 5 drops of essential oil or a blend of oils, per 10mls of vegetable oil.
General Facial Massage: Use 2 drops of essential oil, or blend of oils, per 10mls of vegetable oil.
Everday: Mix 8-10 drops of essential oil, or blend oils, with a tablespoon of vegetable oil and add to a full bath.
Detox: Add a cup of Epsom salts to a full bath, then add 8-10 drops of essential oil, or blend oil.
Skin Softening: Put 3 handfuls of regular oats into a muslin bag and tie. place in bath and squeeze to release the oatmilk, then add 8-10 drops of essential oil, or blend oils to the water.
Muscle Ease: Add a cup of Epsom salts to a full bath, then add 8-10 drops of essential oil, or blend of oils.
Blends well with Grapefruit, Lavender and Lemongrass.
Not safe to use during pregnancy.
