Organic Peppermint oil is a strong, menthol-rich and refreshing oil with a sharp herby fragrance.
Applications:
General Body Massage: Use 5 drops of essential oil or a blend of oils, per 10mls of vegetable oil.
Everday: Mix 8-10 drops of essential oil, or blend oils, with a tablespoon of vegetable oil and add to a full bath.
Detox: Add a cup of Epsom salts to a full bath, then add 8-10 drops of essential oil, or blend oil.
Muscle Ease: Add a cup of Epsom salts to a full bath, then add 8-10 drops of essential oil, or blend of oils.
Blends well with Eucalyptus and Rosemary.
Not safe to use during pregnancy.
