Ethically harvested Lavendar oil is a light, clean and refreshing oil with a herby floral aroma.
Applications:
General Body Massage: Use 5 drops of essential oil or a blend of oils, per 10mls of vegetable oil.
Everday: Mix 8-10 drops of essential oil, or blend oils, with a tablespoon of vegetable oil and add to a full bath.
Detox: Add a cup of Epsom salts to a full bath, then add 8-10 drops of essential oil, or blend oil.
De-stress: Mix 8-10 drops of essential oil, or blend of oils, with either a tablespoon of vegetable oil or cup of full fat milk, then add to a full bath.
Muscle Ease: Add a cup of Epsom salts to a full bath, then add 8-10 drops of essential oil, or blend of oils.
Blends well with Bergamot, Clary Sage & Geranium.
Not safe for use during pregnancy.
