Bergamot is a bright, fresh and invigorating oil with a mellow citrus aroma.
Applications:
Everday: It can be used in the bath, mix 8-10 drops of essential oil, or blend oils, with a tablespoon of vegetable oil and add to a full bath.
De-Stress: Mix 8-10 drops of essential oil, or blend of oils, with either a tablespoon of vegetable oil or a cup of full fat milk then add to a full bath.
Blends well with Frankincense, Geranium and Lemongrass.
Safe to use while pregnant, but do not use in first Trimester and only use at a 1% dilution rate, e.g. 2-3 drops in a full bath or 2 drops into 10ml of base oil for dermal application.
