About Decleor
For more than 35 years, Paris-based brand Decleor has harnessed the wisdom of nature and traditional pharmacy, applying that ancient knowledge to cutting edge beauty products for modern women.
From the start, Decleor has been inspired by aromatherapy and interested in the wellbeing of the body, the skin and the spirit. The passionate team that started the brand consisted of a beautician, a doctor, a shiatsu teacher, an aromatherapist and a physiotherapist. They used their expertise, knowledge and shared holistic approach to create plant-based treatments, rooted in natural remedy.
Today, Decleor continues to give priority to natural raw material. It strives towards a reduced use of silicones and synthetic colorants and only uses ethanol when it is really necessary, and in much lower concentrations than the authorised amount.
Thanks to the high quality of the natural ingredients Decleor uses, such as essential oils which aid in preservation, they also use considerably less parabens and phenoxyethanol than the maximum authorised quantity.
Following an ethical approach, Decleor selects its ingredients with the greatest consideration for the environment and the brand is committed to supporting traditional production methods. The company does not test on animals and no animal extracts are used in its products.
